Encoding problem

    Hello,

    Really nice plugin but, I have a problem.
    When I try to export my products I see non-understanding characters (example Ξ‘Ο?Ξ±Ξ?Ξ?Ο?) at the titles of the products that’s because I use Greek characters, so I believe is something wrong with encoding.
    Is there any solution?

    Hi @xristos84,

    The plugin exports CSV files with UTF-8 encoding so there will be no issues with exporting Greek characters. The issue you are facing might be because the spreadsheet application you are using is not able to handle UTF-8 encoding properly. Please try using a spreadsheet application like LibreOffice to view the file which has proven to be better in handling UTF-8 encoded files in our experience.
