encoding of accents when importing

  • Hi,
    I have a problem with importing new members. Accents are not taken into account.
    This issue has occurred since the last update.

    Could you please share some screenshots or links to check this issue? Or please let us know which particular Accents are not importing? It will help us to check this issue faster.

    The armember staff send me a patch to replace a core file. The issue is now fixed. So it was a problem in armember side.

    Hi,
    I’m back because i have a conflict between the characters patch provided by armember’s team and the member search engine.

    When i use the patch, my import accent works fine but the member search engine doesn’t work.
    When i replace patch by the initial file class.arm_members.php, search engine works well.
    Do you have an answer for a sustainable solution ?
