Encoded Email In GravityForms Entries

When we pass an email address using ?email={Email:1} from one GravityForm to another the email address is getting encoded like this:

This causes two issues:

1. We’re unable to decode the email address.

2. The encoded email prevents the form entry from being sent properly to ActiveCampaign.

Is there a way to stop this encoding?

Is there a way to unencode the entries we’ve already gotten so we can append data into Active Campaign we’ve missed out on?
