    Hello @dream160

Thank you for contacting the support.

Can you please confirm if you were testing the category archives?
    https://i.rankmath.com/3CBQcR

As the option in the Rank Math plugin changes the slug of the category URLs.

Or did you mean something else?

Also, while we are at it, we highly recommend going through the following guides to set up the plugin completely and correctly:

    Hello @dream160

It seems to be working fine on our setup:
    https://i.rankmath.com/AuebPj

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi there,

Have you tried to copy-paste the decoded URL into the address bar?

I tested and the problem persists. I put my site on the localhost, ensured my theme is up-to-date and deactivated all plugins and recorded for reference.
Please see the link >> https://streamable.com/mw6ao

    Thank you

    Hello @dream160

It seems like the URL you were using was incorrect.

    Here’s the correct URL:
    /%E0%B8%A3%E0%B9%89%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%99%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%A3%E0%B8%97%E0%B8%B5%E0%B9%88%E0%B9%84%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%99%E0%B8%94%E0%B8%B5/

    and here’s the screencast:

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
