encode link mailto in gutenberg block dosen’t work

    Hi,
    I’m trying to put this in a gutenberg block like paragraphe or short code block :
    [encode link=”mailto:[email protected]”]Link text[/encode]

    But it dosen’t display a link like this :
    Link text
    But only the link text

    Is this normal ?
