• If I edit a post notification email — and MailPoet disables the email to allow this — and then enable the email after I’m done edition, does the system default to not sending anything out until tomorrow?

I’ve noticed that if I edit the post notification email this morning, and it’s scheduled to send this afternoon, I’ll never get a send today.. only tomorrow.

    So:
1 — is this the intended behavior?
2 — can I change this? I don’t really want that gap in email sends.

    Thanks!

A follow-up.. I get the daily “stats” email for my newsletter, but my daily newsletter hasn’t been mailed since December 29, per the Mailpoet activity log. There are no issues in the Mailpoet wordpress menu pages, nor on mailpoet.com … how do I trouble shoot this?

    Hi @jvagner,

That’s a bit odd. Apologies for some delay here.

Can you share screenshots of what you are seeing regarding the newsletters not sending to clarify what you are referring to and see if anything stands out?
And a copy of your System Info with sensitive info (i.e. email) removed, as well as a screenshot of the System Status so we can see if there are a bunch of emails scheduled with dates in the past, or errors being reported.

Last but not least, I wanted to confirm that you reactivated the Post Notification after you edited it the time approximately. Just to make sure you didn’t edit it one day, then reactivate it the next morning or few hours later.

    Thanks.
