Enabling sending referrers!

i followed the link
and enabled it for my ie7 in the same way as ie 6
but it still doesn’t work
my site is https://josephheskett.com/blog
and i want it a subdomain
https://blog.josephheskett.com
when i go to the admin to change it to this
it says that i have to enable sending referrers!hope u can help
