enabling sending referrers

  • hey,
    ive just installed wordpress and I cant edit my password or anything as it keeps saying I need to enable sending referrers.
    I’m using Firefox and Zonealarm and using your suport page I’ve done what it says. It doesn’t work, and it doesnt work in IE either. I’ve checked the siteurl in the tables and its fine, i tried renaming .htaccess and it didnt work.

  • Your website is in ZA’s privacy settings?
    That firewall can be a picky one to get the settings right with.

    yeah its in the privacy setting.
    is there anything else i can try. its really annoying. ??

    well it seems to be working now for some strange reason, and i havent done anything. weird but it least it works.
