Enabling Redux disables ability to purchase items

    We have used the Redux plugin for designing pages, i believe – and when i enable the plugin, the ability to purchase items disappears.

    I have disabled all plugins and then re-enabled the following to keep the shop online:

    WordPress 5.8.1 running Electro theme
    WooCommerce
    Mailchimp for WooCommerce
    Envato Market
    Health Check & Troubleshooting
    WooCommerce Stripe Gateway
    WooCommerce Shipping & Tax
    WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart
    WPForms Lite

    ….and i would be using Redux for all my templated pages, but it switches off the ability to purchase

    you can see none of the netdiscs branding but you have the shopping basket icon allowing you to purchase

    You can see here that my Netdiscs logo is visilbe, BUT you can’t buy items etc

    Any suggestions?

    Have you contacted the theme author first? We have no control over how theme author use Redux in their themes, and therefore support for issues falls on them. If they determine that Redux is the cause, with hard evidence, then we start debugging our code. Most time “it happens when I active Redux” is the trigger, not the cause. Also, we cannot edit themes we didn’t author. If we do, any theme update wipes it out.

    If the theme is one you wrote, then we’ll need to move this ticket to our support forum for further information that we are not able to request here.

    For the sake of completion – there was a setting in the Electro theme where i could enable/disable catalog mode

    Electro > Shop > Catalog Mode
