Enabling "Order" in Admin Panel

Hello everyone,

I’d like to know how can I enable “Order” setting in my Admin Panel, because I want to set my tutorials in proper order.

I had to do a fresh WP install and I lost that “Order” setting – it was on the right side of the page where you add a new post, below the place where you tick the categories for your post.
