Enabling emails for the first time

Hi
I’ve had this plugin installed in site for several months without enabling any emails. I am now about to enable my first abandoned cart email, which is to be sent 3 hours after abandonment.
The Reports list shows 90 recoverable orders, some of which date back one month from today.
My question is whether all of these orders will receive the email once I enable it. If so, I’ll need to delete them before enabling the email.
