Enabling Amazon S3 via W3 disables lightbox and icons

You will see that the social sharing buttons have no icons in them, the images in the post do not open in a lightbox rather they open in a new link. This was all fine before I enabled the CDN of Amazon S3 + CloudFront.
And this issue is there in every website I made using this feature.
