Enabled Settings Not Showing Up On Registration Form

Hi there, when I create a login form none of the features I’ve activated are showing up on the form. For example I’ve enabled “remember me” and “lost password” and they don’t show up. I’ve also added a “registration url” and the “registration url label” that reads “not a member yet? Register now” and those don’t show up on the form either. The form only shows the “username” and “password” fields. I’m new to the plugin so I don’t know if I’m missing something and if it’s a simple fix or not. Any help help would be appreciated. Thank you
