• Hi,

big thank you for trying to solve the CSP issue.

I am struggling with setting up your plugin.
After enabling it I followed the recommended steps and set “Enable tag capturing on this site.” to “enabled”.
After doing that I let the plugin sit for around 2 days now and visited all pages myself to make sure data is being generated.

I probably did something wrong though because I don’t think any data was generated.

    My questions now are:
    1) where can I make sure data was generated? and
    2) if no data was generated, how can I set up the plugin correctly?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @delkor

to check if data are collected, look at the table at the bottom of tools page and see status of database.

Please be sure to click on “Save” after you check “Enable tag capturing on this site.”

    Hi,

this is how my settings-page is looking – “Save” greyed out so should be active and the database-status-table is empty as are all the other tables (see image below).

I also cross-checked this in the actual website-database but those plugin-tables are empty too.

    Hi @delkor

what you are doing is right and the plugin is not collecting any data.

Please, try to deactivate and reactivate the plugin and check that the mu-plugin (a file called “no-unsafe-inline-output-buffering.php”) is installed: in a regular installation it should be in a directory called wp-contents/mu-plugins/ in the root of your site.

To help me in detecting the problem, please share any info you can discover about your site (webserver and version, php and version, hosting provider, site url, etc..)

    Hi,
I found “no-unsafe-inline-output-buffering.php” in exactly the directory you mentioned. So that should not be the issue. I will try to disable and reenable the plugin now and will get back to you in 1 or 2 days.

    Thanks for helping me ??

    Hi,
I’ve let the plugin run for a few days but to no avail.
I’m running WordPress version 6.2 on PHP version: 7.4.33 on a shared server from HostGator

Hi @delkor I will make some checks to see what happens.

I understand that warnings and errors shown arise when you try the “Test Classifier”. If this is the case, it is an error I can fix (maybe I didn’t check that tables are not empty before testing the classifier), but it should not be the real problem that is why those tables are empty (or why the plugin is not collecting data).

Please report any error you can collect when Capture is enabled and public pages are visited.
