Enable sending referrers problem

    Im running Win XP, no Norton AV, used Fantastico to load some blogs on my server. Using IE 6.02. Tried adding site to trusted sites. Must be loading wrong site. If my blog site is https://thebloggingdog.com I should be able to change themes and pings right? I don’t get it, I can’t do anything with these blogs. Please help.
