Enable Sending Referrers – Please Help!

Hi,

I’ve recently re-installed windows xp on my laptop, yet when I try to delete a post off my blog (remotely hosted) it asks me to enable sending referrers.

I have gone to the codex help page for this topic and have tried the methods there to fix this problem, (firefox changing network.http.sendReferrerHeader value to 2 – firefox 1.5 and the internet explorer 6 method)

Both methods don’t work and I can’t see why!

Any help would be fantastic and my blog is bacically useless at the moment. Thanks
