    I am a pro user but before I ask support for help … does anyone know how Rich Snippets work?

    Is there a way of checking if Enable Rich Snippets work.

    My option for this feature is ON, however if I google particular post and I see it in google search results it does not give more information e.g rating for this particular product. Does it mean this feature does not work?

    I ran the same page with Google structural data tool, I get 0 errors and 0 warnings so I am a bit confused.

    The reason you’re not seeing the changes yet might be because Google haven’t recrawled and acknowledged the schema yet. Even though the schema is there it’s up to Google to decide whether to show it or not, so it might take a few days-weeks for the rating stars to actually show up in search.

    You can try having Google manually crawl the page again by using the “Fetch As Google” option in the Google Webmaster Search Console.
