Enable “Purge Cache” option in admin bar for user role

    First of all thanks for this awesome WordPress plugin which works very well on my site!

    I want to enable the “Purge Cache” option in die WordPress admin bar also for users which don’t have the manage_options capability. In the source code of the plugin I saw that this is required in the nginx_helper_toolbar_purge_link function to enable the option in the admin bar. Is there a way to change this with a hook or action and enable the option also for roles without manage_options capability?
