enable Plugin per site

I like your idea of Accessible Reading very much and want to implement it on my site.

For the moment, I can just enable the plugin globally for the whole website. I’d love to have a way to manually disable/enable it for each individual article/sub-site.

Example: If I disable it for one specific blogpost, the reader doesn’t even see any button or option.
