Enable plugin for editor user

Install the “Capabilities Manager Enhanced” Plugin, you can then add the additional requirements to the Editor level

@tasoft as mentioned, there are various Role Editor-type plugins out there. Can you maybe provide a bit more detail as to what you’re trying to achieve, though?
