Enable Plugin for Certain Pages only

Since the plugin adds a wrapper around the whole site I’d advice to keep that enabled on all pages.
Sidebars can be disabled through a filter:

In your case this should work:

add_filter( 'ocs_is_sidebar_enabled', 'my_theme_ocs_is_sidebar_enabled' );
function my_theme_ocs_is_sidebar_enabled( $check ) {
    if ( ! is_front_page() ) {
        $check = false;
    }
    return $check;
}
