Can you please confirm that you are using the default WooCommerce standard Paypal payment gateway, not the other Paypal gateway?

The default Paypal gateway seems not to have this exact option. You can also share a screenshot to confirm the issue. You can use https://snipboard.io/ to share a screenshot.
