The style.css file is being loaded from this URL:

That looks like a live URL, maybe configured by a CDN plugin or kinsta? I am not sure, but it should be loaded from here:

https://stg-gerrythejeweler-staging.kinsta.cloud/wp-content/uploads/maxmegamenu/style.css

Hopefully that points you in the right direction? Otherwise, you could go to Mega Menu > General Settings and set “CSS Output” to “Output in Head” – that would work around the issue.
