Enable Media Replace 403 error

  • Hi Team,

    I need to replace a bunch of pdf, and I tried with the Enable Media Replace. I was able to replace two pdf, and then I got the 403 forbidden error. Not sure what to do or how I can easily replace all the pdf?

    The site was built with WPBakery Page Builder.

    Do you have the latest version of the plugin installed? That’s version 3.6.3.

    Does the same happen when all the plugins are deactivated (except Enable Media Replace?)?

    If so, could you please ask your hosting provider to send you more information about the error? Some logs or messages would be useful.
