Enable locking private pages easily

Works very well, my only criticism is that private posts/pages should be lockable, ie private posts should appear in the search and results forms.

In order to lock them currently you need to publish them, then lock/protect, and then make it private again.

When you think about it there are times you want to lock something that is not publicly available…
