    I think you meant you want to increase website speed ??

    Browsers request keep-alive by default. Whether servers honor it is determined in the server config (assuming Apache server)

    If the Amazon ad server has it set to OFF, IMO they have good reason to and aren’t going to change it for you. Find other ways to increase speed, this is a dead end.
