enable global terms?

If it’s on, and you upgrade, it’ll still be on.

Thanks Andrea_r. On my installation, it is enabled on 3.0.3 because I had it enabled on 2.9. My wp_sitecategories table is growing.

I’m trying to edit category slugs in a site (attached to a custom post type) and I can not seem to find a way to do this. I’ve installed:

But this doesn’t seem to do the trick.

Is this possible?

You can turn it off in the db – can’t think of where it is in the db. but you just need to flip the value from 0 to 1 (or reverse). that’ll turn it off.

For others, it’s in the “wp_sitecategories” table. Change the value for “global_terms_enabled” to 0 to disable.
