Enable GA4 Ecommerce

  • Hello,

    I am unable to configure GA4 ecommerce.
    I tried followed all the steps here: https://gtm4wp.com/how-to-articles/how-to-setup-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking-google-analytics-4-ga4-version

    The Ecommerce tracking and everything is working, but only the GA4 Ecommerce tracking not. Tags checked everything is fired during page load, but i dont see the ecommerce results in GA4.

    Only thing i have 5sec timer for universal analytics and ecommerce config because of PSI but i tried without timer, also not worked so this is not the source of the problem.

    Could you please help?

    Hi László,

    I checked your site and I can see view_item_list with product data firing but not on view_item and add_to_cart events.

    Could you share a GTM preview URL so that I can turn on debugging in my browser without the need to get access to your GTM container?
