    Hi,

    “Enable for shipping methods” under a payment option has a flaw in that is shows all the different types of shipping method per shipping zones except for “Free shipping”.

    e.g.

    Shipping zone A has Flat rate and Free delivery

    Shipping zone B has Flat rate and Free delivery

    I want to offer Cash on Delivery for Zone A

    I can select Flat rate (Zone A) but under Free delivery I cannot select a Zone. I am only able to select “Any Free shipping” method.

    Ideally I should be able to select Free Shipping per Zone there also. This would be consistent with the other shipping methods.

    I understand that the other shipping methods available under your shipping zones are not showing under the Enable for shipping methods option for the payment gateways, correct?

    I replicated the scenario on my personal site running on the default Storefront theme, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end.

    As you can see, I have PH and US that both have Flat Rate and Free Shipping shipping methods.

    Then, under the built-in payment gateway Cash on Delivery, I am seeing the Flat Rate methods for both of the countries above:

    Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thanks. My fault for not being thorough. I didn’t disable all the plugins together at once rather disabling and enabling one at a time and must have missed the culprit.

    Found the issue is caused by Woo Discount Rules PRO 2.0 plugin Version 2.5.4. Will contact their support to correct the issue.
