    Hi, somehow the fallback text is not displayed even when there is no reviews?

    Marked as yes for The default text:?There are no reviews yet. Be the first one to write one.

    Did you add the Latest Reviews block to your page? I only see the Rating Summary and Review Form blocks.

    Oh I see, I haven’t. I do not want to have both the summary and latest reviews. Is it possible to display this same message in place of the summary if there are no reviews?

    No. But you can hide the summary when no reviews exist.
