I had an old version of the news ticker and when the new version came I moved the content to the new version. However they both didn’t work. Then I realised it was because a js file was being loaded twice so I turned off the ‘Enable Ditty News Ticker (Legacy code)’ button and it worked. However after every session on making backend changes the button would self reenable and the ticker would stop working. So i deleted all the old legacy tickers, thinking that the dev might have made it so that if it detects that there are legacy calls that it would turn itself back on. But the issue persists. Is there anyway I can permanently disable the legacy code?

Can you let me know what .js file is loading twice on your site when the Legacy DNT is enabled? Also, please let me know what backend changes are causing the setting to re-enabled itself. I am unable to replicate this issue.

    Thanks for the info!
