Enable / Disable Genericons Feature

I use disable genericons plugin to avoid genericons loaded on my page.
Because genericons load bloat enough with 2 http requests.
And there’s no feature to disable genericons.

Is there any plan to add feature for enable / disable genericons?
I hope there’s a feature to enable / disable genericons for next update.
So we can decide to enable / disable genericons without install plugin anymore.
