Enable / disable 3D Secure based on cart amount

Hello dear support,

I want to download the lastest Stripe Gateway 4.0.5 because I’m warmly interrested by 3D Secure to avoid paiement with a stolen card.

But as it add a step in the checkout process, it’s not really good for customer. That’s why I would like to enable it only if the cart amount is higher than 25€. And disable it if the cart amount is lower than 24€.

As I read from the version 4.0.4 2018-01-30 there a Hook to source object “wc_stripe_3ds_source”, but there is not so much documentation about this hook.

Is this hook enable or disable 3d secure request ?
Do you know a way to set it as I described ?
