    when i check the environment via wordpress tools it shows correctly development.

    I understand you’re having difficulties getting WooCommerce Payments set up in dev mode.

    You may be running into these issues if you had started setting up a live account and then stopped partway through. Had you started going through the live onboarding process before trying to enable dev mode?

    is there a database table that can be dropped to fix it when this happens??

    Hi @nickfmc,

    There isn’t a database table to drop to fix this. Once an account is created it can be put in test mode, but dev mode can’t be enabled once the site is connected to a WooCommerce Payments account.

    If an account was accidentally created we can help delete that, as long as there are not any live transactions in it. That way you could get back to a place where you could enable dev mode.

    I can’t enable dev mode either because a live account was partially connected. I emailed support and they only suggested to delete the payments plugin and re-install, which hasn’t worked. I’ve also changed the wp-config file to have these dev settings.
