enable default Locations not covered by your other zones option

  • I need to enable the Locations not covered by your other zones woocommerce option with this plugin
    so if the city is not listed it takes the default value of Locations not covered by your other zones shipping option
    or add an extra option for other cities that is not covered and this will be great
    also this plugin miss the rearrange of the options
