Enable cookies for Clarity button hangs

  • I click on the Enable cookies for Clarity button, and all that happens it that I see the spinner and the screen appears to hand.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    @simorgan4545 ,Thanks for using Clarity.It might be a transient issue as we are able to enable/disable cookies without any issues.

    Could you please try by signout and sign in again?

    I tried logging out and in. Then logged out, closed browser, and logged back in. Still the same issue. If I click on the link “I don’t want to enable thrid party cookies” and enter the Clarity project ID, it takes it and I get data in Clarity. However, when I go back to the screen, I am still prompted click on the Enable cookies for Clarity button.

    @simorgan4545 ,Could you please share screenshot where you are experiencing the issue along with website address and Clarity project ID to investigate further.

    On click of the cookie button you should see an alert popup from your browser to allow the cookie use, if you can’t see that, It is most probably an issue with your browser, please enable third party cookies for the clarity domain to continue. You can search online how to do that based on your browser.
