Enable comments on pages for Hueman wordpress Theme

Hi,
So I’m using Hueman WordPress theme and I have a WordPress page (not post):
And I’m trying to enable comments on it.
I did go Screen options->Discussion->(bottom of the page)enable comments but nothing!
Am I doing something wrong?
Is this the right thread?
If not excuse me: I googled “how to enable comments on WordPress page” and this is where I ended up.
But if this is not the right thread please excuse me.Where could I get some help?
