Enable Comment on Specific Page after Recent Update!

  • So since the most recent update a page I use disqus on for requests is no longer loading or showing the comments section at all. Comments are only displaying on Posts.

    That’s intentional now, Pages default to comments disabled.

    Comments turned off on pages – All new pages that you create will have comments turned off. Keep discussions to your blog, right where they’re supposed to happen.

    To enable comments on a Page, edit the Page and look for a Discussion box below the editor where you’ll find a checkbox to enable comments. If you don’t see this, visit the Screen Options tab near the top-right where you can check “Discussion” there to enable the Discussion box below the editor.
