Enable COD Option before customer enter pincode

    Hello, I have entered a list of Pincodes where COD is available, but when PINCODE input box is empty, COD became disabled and customers are leaving the website because they found that COD is not available, even before they enter their PINCODE Number.

    Can You please tell how to Enable before the customer enters its PINCODE number?
