Enable categorized rss feed to member area [multisite]

I am using rss multi importer plugin in my website https://worldwerkz.com/.
I can add any number of news feed in plugin admin section. I want to give member an option to choose 5 categories of feed in their admin area. But super admin will provide hundreds of option to them.
How can i do this?
