Enable CAPTCHA. – on security settings

    I am setting up a contact form and have a CAPTCHA key for the website.
    I click to enable CAPTCHA on the security panel of the FS plugin.
    But the CAPTCHA never displays on the form. Not only that, but after I preview or display the form, and then return to editing the FS form, the “Enable CAPTCHA ” field has been changed by the FS plugin from clicked on/flagged to blank. As if it was never set.
    Wrinkle: this only happens on my subdomain site, and I am using the same CAPTCHA key that the main site uses — on main domain-site, the FS form plugin works fine with the CAPTCHA.
    Have CAPTCHA key set in WP-MEMBERS plugin.
