Enable all payment gateways

    I like your plugin for its ease and simplicity. However, is it possible to enable all the payment gateways, not just the chosen one? It would be great if we had an option in the dropdown to enable all payment gateways at once.

    We updated the plugin with this new functionality, if you wish to let the client choose the payment option now it has a option in the invoice generation page for that.
