Enable “all email” for all users in group

No email has been sent in a long time. Discovered that all group members email option is set to “no email”. I believe a former team member did not set the members up correctly. The site is for paid support and members should get all email.
Is there an admin function to set all members to “all email”? If not, could I run an SQL query to set the value?
