After the last plugin update, every single form, on every single site I manage, an empty yellow box appeared just below the submit button.

    https://usatcorp.com/contact/quote-request/

The class of the field is “wpcf7-response-output”
Which shouldn’t appear unless there is a form output in the first place.

In theory, i can put in custom CSS to hide that class, but that might break the forms, as you need a response output if the form is submitted or fails to submit.

I have CF7 forms on a dozen websites on dozens of pages, and this problem exists on every last one.

I saw another support ticket submitted two hours ago with a similar complaint about the box being empty and red for users of a different theme.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

I have 39 different plugins… I checked to see if removing the recaptcha from the forms changes anything with the yellow bar, but it does not. I checked on my standard forms, the forms that use Material Design, and no matter the form layout this bar appears, with or without the use the recaptcha or design plugins.

CF7 made a change, and a number of themes are having an issue with it. So the theme companies are working to resolve it on their ends.
