Empty XML Sitemap

  • I have successfully built a website and used the free version of your plugin for SEO as I have always done but unfortunately, for the first time ever, I have encountered a weird situation.
    After submitting the sitemap to google, when I click the “OPEN SITEMAP” link, it opens up an empty page. No matter the page link I manually type into “Coverage” to test seems not to exist in the property.
    How do I fix this issue please?

    OK I need you to perform 2 things:
    – Go to the WP Meta SEO > Sitemap > click save
    The sitemap will be regenerated, let me know if the issue is solved

    – If it’s not solved, can you turn on the WP DEBUG and tell me if there are any messages?

    I’ve regenerated the sitemap severally none the less the problem still persists.
    When I click “open sitemap” within the wp meta seo settings, the sitemap displays properly. But once submitted to Google, it comes up empty.

    Can you turn on the WP DEBUG and tell me if there are any messages? It seems you still have a blank page.

    I have turned on wp debug and there isn’t any message there with regards to wp meta seo. Nothing there that should cause this error.
