    I am experiencing an issue where the XML file is empty and therefore not being sent to Pinterest. I have tried deleting the plugin and connection and starting again but it’s still occurring.

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to see you’re experiencing an issue with Pinterest for WooCommerce, I’d like to get a few more details to help us look into what may be going wrong.

    First, can you tell us at what point you encounter the error and where you see that the XML file is empty?

    Second, if you’re seeing an error message around this can you please share the error text (or a screenshot of the error message)?

    Finally, can you please head to Marketing?>?Pinterest and send us a screenshot of the three tabs and their current configuration?

    I can see the file is empty as it shows that 0 products have been included in the feed but also by checking the file via FTP.

    Please enable the debug mode and check again if any error logs are being saved there that can help check this further.

    I’ve enabled debug mode and reconnected but the XML file is still empty. Where can I find the debug log?

    You can find logs by going to WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs. Search for any Pinterest log. Let us know and share if you find any related logs to Pinterest.

    Hi Chris

    The logs don’t reveal any errors, as such but the feed generation file just has a lot of these lines:

    Feed batch generated. Wrote 0 products to the feed file.

    So it’s just not writing any products, for some reason?

    Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us?
    You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Download for support (after you scroll down a bit). Once you have the System Status Report file, please attach it to your reply.

    Can you attempt to have WooCommerce and the Pinterest plugin enabled only and check if the sync is performed following these steps?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for sharing your System Status Report. I was checking it, and I suggest disabling the cache plugins, which can prevent products from syncing correctly with Pinterest. If that doesn’t work, let’s perform a full conflict test and check if this is being resolved.
