Empty transaction_id

    Hello, i have a problem with plugin.

    When you try to buy a product via IDEAL, you get a response:
    {“result”:”success”,”redirect”:null}

    In admin tool->ideal->payments we have a record about that purchase (for example id 7799), but the field “Transaction” is empty.

    There is no record for the post in the table “_postmeta” (for example there is no id 7799).

    Once I transferred the website to the local machine, everything started to work without changes in code or DB.

    Sorry for the late reply, have you been able to resolve this issue in the meantime? If not, you could try updating the Pronamic iDEAL plugin.

    But… as it works as expected in your local development environment, I guess there’s something wrong at the server level. From your post it’s hard to tell what exactly causes the issue, but to me it sounds like there’s an issue with the communication to the payment provider (to start the transaction).
