Empty tag rendering after question content—how to hide?

There is a paragraph with a ” ” in it, and nothing else. It comes after the form closing tags and renders a space with margin-bottom: 25px. Unfortunately this makes the paragraph container visible, showing as white space underneath the “start” and “next” buttons throughout the quiz. I have no way to target this with CSS to hide it, as it isn’t given an ID or class by default. Thoughts on how to fix? I’m not sure where this is coming from in the first place. Thanks!
