Empty tabbed content when viewing plugin details from admin

  • As of today, noticed blank/empty content when attempting to view plugin details from the plugins list. All tabs are blank.

    WP 5.2.2 (downgrade to 5.2.1 does not exhibit the issue!)
    PHP 7
    MySql 5.6

    Occurs with all plugins disabled and twentynineteen theme active.
    Occurs in several different WP installs (on same server).
    Occurs in different browsers.

    Tried the Javascript debug process, no errors. Tried re-saving permalinks.
