I’ve been using RoboGallery for a few months, and everything was working fine until I updated my WordPress version recently. Now, the gallery doesn’t load properly on my homepage, and instead, I get an empty space where the gallery should be.

I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, as well as clearing my browser cache, but the problem persists.

Could this be an issue with compatibility, and how can I resolve it?

Thank you for reaching out and providing details about the issue. It sounds frustrating, but don’t worry we’ll help you sort this out! The issue could be related to the gallery’s cache. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Clear the gallery cache. Go to the plugin settings and find the option to clear or reset the gallery cache. After doing this, reload your homepage to see if the issue resolves.

    2. Compatibility settings. Navigate to the compatibility options in the plugin settings. Try switching or toggling these settings to ensure the plugin functions properly with the latest version of WordPress.

    3. Verify the correct gallery. Double-check that the correct gallery is selected and configured to appear on your homepage. Sometimes updates can affect configurations, and reapplying your settings might help.

If you’ve tried these steps and the issue persists, it might be related to the recent WordPress update. In that case, could you let us know your current WordPress version and any error messages or console logs you might see in the browser? That information will help us pinpoint the issue and provide further guidance.
